The region code on the RNS510 is set at the factory, in Australia the cars arrive with a Region code of 2 which is viewable by using VCDS and looking at the measuring blocks (there are two places the region code is listed).
Changing the region code is quite simple, open controller 37 (Navigation) or 56 (Radio), go to channel 130 in adaptation and change the value to 1 to 6. 0 doesn’t make the player all regions.
