Hi Steve,
It seems that it is not a indication of how many fills it does (it's 1L, and I don't know if the water reservoir is 1L exactly). Instead, it indicates how you should mix with water:
- If you live in a place with temperatures under -70ºC, you should use the Windscreen Cleaner Concentrate alone.
- If you have temperatures between -40ºC and -70ºC, you mix two parts of concentrate and one of water.
- If you have temperatures between -35ºC and -40ºC, you mix one part of concentrate and one of water.
- If you have temperatures between -16ºC and -35ºC, you mix two parts of water, and one part of concentrate.
- If you never have temperatures below -16ºC, one part of concentrate and four of water, will be enough.

mmm, is this indicating that 1 bottle does four fills of the washer reservoir ?

The guy in the service department said a couple of caps in the reservoir was all that was needed.

Thanks,
Steve
